After spending my entire week, getting the kids ready for school, I was beat so I decided to book a service with Ozzyell, She was so professional, kind hearted and left my house, spotless, as a mother who is overwhelmed she took such a huge weight of my shoulder, and she did everything with such care and compassion. You can really tell she loves what she does because she puts her entire heart into it, I would book her without hesitation. She also asked multiple times if everything was cleaned to my satisfaction and it absolutely was, but just the fact that she asked made me feel like She truly cares about her customers.
